Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for Arabian Perfumes and Oils

At Arabian Perfumes and Oils, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our products being fragrances and personal care items, we are unable to offer cash refunds for any opened items.

We understand that situations can arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a solution.

Here's what we can offer:

  • Exchanges:
    • In-Store: If, upon opening an item purchased in-store, you discover it is broken, leaking, or damaged, you can exchange it for the same product within 24 hours of purchase. Please present your original receipt at the time of exchange.
    • Online: If your online order arrives damaged or leaking due to shipping, notify us within 24 hours by emailing images of the damage and including your Order ID, Name, and Delivery Address to support@arabianperfumesandoils.com. Upon review and approval, we will send you a replacement of the same item within 3-5 business days.
  • Non-Delivery of Online Orders:
    • If you have not received your online order and request a refund due to non-delivery, we will first conduct an investigation:
      • Track the Shipment: We will check the tracking information on the carrier's website.
        • Delivered Status: If the tracking information shows "Delivered," you will need to contact the carrier directly to investigate. We are not responsible for lost packages after being marked as delivered.
        • No Status or Delays: If the tracking information shows no updates, "on the way" for an extended period, or no movement beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we will open a claim with the carrier.
          • We encourage you to also open a claim with the carrier to expedite the process. Carrier response times can range from 5 to 21 business days.
      • Resolution: Depending on the carrier's findings, if the package is deemed lost or missing, we will resend the originally ordered items. No changes to the order, including exchanges or adding new products, will be possible in this case.

Important Note:

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened items due to hygiene concerns and the potential for tampering. This aligns with many state and federal regulations for fragrance and personal care products.
  • Fragrance Preferences: We understand that fragrance preferences can be subjective. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for unopened items that you decide are not to your liking.
